Welcome to Equipment Service!

Over 25 years ago, Equipment Service began manufacturing aftermarket replacement parts for Harvestore® silo unloader’s. Equipment Service is located in the heart of Nappanee, Indiana which has a rich heritage of manufacturing. We are pleased to have moved into our new building in 2004, giving us the opportunity for continued growth and expansion for years to come.

Our mission statement speaks volumes about our company’s desire and standard of accountability that we owe our dealers. We take our customer service seriously with the expectation that we need to be fully committed to our dealer’s needs and their customer’s needs.

In the early years of Equipment Service, parts were very limited. With the development of product education and personal contact with our dealers manufacturing has grown to be able to inventory virtually every replacement part for the Hercules® through the Alliance® unloader’s.

Equipment Service has been compared to other competitors but we can say that we set ourselves apart by refusing to “cheapen” the product line by using thinner materials which compromises the strength and durability on anything from castings to bushings, or gaskets. With this outlook we have gained an enviable reputation for strength, workmanship, long service life, and dependability.

To produce replacement parts requires a commitment to using modern CNC machining and fabrication equipment. Equipment Service is continually working to improve and maintain efficiency of our equipment and processes to retain a competitive edge. Quality control processes are instilled and applied to the daily production to ensure precise fit of the entire product line. With this type of production product it requires a lot of “hands on” contact. Our employees are able to partake in the strong foundation of America by being able to say, “Made In The USA.”
