COVID-19 UPDATE

Equipment Service is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are currently shipping and receiving 5 days a week unless otherwise directed.

We ask that all visitors and shipping/delivery personnel enter through the shipping and receiving entrance on the south side of the building. Visitors are required to wear a mask and remain six feet from other staff members. If there isn't a staff member in the shipping and receiving area, please call 574-773-7742 and someone will be out shortly to assist you.
